Seabourn has announced two promotions within its UK and Ireland business development team, effective 1 September 2025
Claire Rose, who has worked for the line for three years, has been promoted to senior business development manager, having taken on additional key accounts as well as responsibility for managing Seabourn’s general sales agents in territories such as South Africa.
Charlotte Ireland, meanwhile, becomes a business development manager in recognition for her success in developing new UK accounts and growing their business. Ireland started her career with Seabourn joining as business development representative in 2020, before being promoted into the role of assistant BDM in 2022.
In addition, Louise Gould’s title has been changed to sales operations executive, due to her extended role in setting up events and supporting the team.
Both Rose and Ireland will now report directly into director of sales Tom Andrews, who said: “Lynn [Narraway] and I would really like to congratulate Claire, Charlotte and Louise for their tireless work during this year. We are both delighted to be able to publicly recognise the achievements of these very talented and hard-working individuals.
Narraway added: “I am so proud of our entire Seabourn team in the UK and Europe who have contributed so much into making 2025 such a successful year for Seabourn Voyages and Expeditions.”
The promotions come as the line shifts its focus to Alaska during September 2025, with an agent-dedicated month-long Alaska Showcase, featuring expert-led destination webinars, newsletters featuring selling-skills and product, and quizzes with spot prizes on social media.
There’s also the chance for partners to win up to £200 worth of Amazon Vouchers when they make a new Seabourn Alaska booking this month.
Narraway added: “Agents simply need to make and confirm a new Seabourn Alaska 2026 or 2027 booking between 1 and 30 September to earn £100 per booking for a veranda suite and £200 per booking for a premium suite in Amazon Vouchers.”
Last month, the luxury line joined forces with Uniworld Boutique River Cruises to combine river and ocean itineraries for the first time.
