Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) has announced that Steve Odell will take charge of sales operations for both the Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands
Odell, who is currently senior vice president (SVP) and chief sales officer for Regent, will transition to a new role as SVP, international and consumer sales for Oceania and Regent.
He will lead the international sales teams as well as the consumer and onboard sales teams at each brand respectively.
It’s the latest move in a series of executive shake-ups by parent company NCLH after Frank A. Del Rio stepped down from his role as president of Oceania last month.
Chief luxury officer for Regent and Oceania Jason Montague also confirmed that Nathan Hickman will transition from his current role as SVP marketing at Oceania Cruises into a broader role as chief commercial officer for the brand.
Similarly, Wes D’Silva will expand his current role as SVP revenue management at Regent Seven Seas Cruises into the position of chief commercial officer for Regent.
Both will report directly to Montague and will lead the sales, marketing and revenue management activities at each brand respectively.
Jason Worth, currently vice president (VP) of international sales for Oceania Cruises, will assume the new role of VP, brand finance and strategy for Oceania and Regent and relocate from Sydney to Miami.
Montague said: “With the much-anticipated debut of Oceania’s Allura in July and Seven Seas Prestige scheduled for launch in 2026, I am beyond excited to be on this journey with all of our travel partners across the globe and I look forward to all that’s ahead of us.”
